Grace-Focused Life Coaching
Coaching is not telling you what to do; it is simply drawing out in you what God has already put into your life. It taps into how God the Father’s grace abounds with transforming power to fuel every Christ-follower to make a Spirit-inspired difference for the Kingdom at work, home or play.
Effective Christ-centered coaching
1. Inspire clients and provide a source of strength and restoration where they can move forward in their lives through grace. 2. Stir Christ-centered hope to overwhelmed professionals, busy parents, and (seeking) young people. 3. Foster spiritual formation within clients as they focus on the transforming power of grace. 4. Enhance the client’s success and winsome Christ-centered spirit. Ultimately, my aim is for people developing to extend beyond professional achievement to where their Biblical worldview success attracts others to Christ.
Making a Difference
A people developer does not tell a client what to do, but draws out in them (Proverbs 20:5) what God has already put into their hearts to make a Spirit-inspired difference in their work, home, and school as well as calling one another to the hope that is promised in Christ to grow in the grace of our Lord Jesus (2 Peter 3:18)
