Who we are
Stacey Fischer Coaching is a business of Amble Booksmith, LLC, a Florida limited liability company in Gainesville, Florida ("we" or "us"). This policy explains what we collect through staceyfischer.com and through coaching, and how we look after it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email, phone number, and message when you use the contact form or email us, and the details you share to schedule and take part in coaching, including information about your student.
- Payment details: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank account number. We receive your name, email, billing address, and whether the payment went through.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider receives standard information such as your IP address and browser type so it can deliver pages securely.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, schedule and provide coaching, process payments, send receipts and invoices, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help run the business, and only as much as they need: Stripe for payments, our customer relationship and scheduling platform for the contact form and messages, and our email and website hosting providers. We also share information when the law requires it.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The contact form and Stripe's checkout pages may use cookies they need to work and to prevent fraud.

How long we keep it
We keep coaching notes and records only as long as we need them to coach you and to meet legal and tax requirements, then we delete them.
