Who we are
This website and the coaching offered on it are provided by Stacey Fischer Coaching, a business of Amble Booksmith, LLC, a Florida limited liability company in Gainesville, Florida ("we" or "us"). You can reach us at [email protected]. By booking a call, enrolling in a package, or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms.
What coaching is, and what it isn't
Coaching is a future-focused partnership that helps you set goals, build habits, and make steady progress. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition, including ADHD. Coaching does not replace a licensed professional. If you or your student need that kind of care, please seek it. You remain responsible for your own choices and decisions.
Coaching for students
When coaching is for a child under 18, a parent or legal guardian enrolls and pays, agrees to these terms on the child's behalf, and consents to the child taking part in sessions, including sessions held by video.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Packages are paid in full at enrollment through Stripe, our payment processor. Custom plans are billed by invoice. Sales tax is added where the law requires it. Rescheduling and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Sessions
Sessions are held by video or in person by arrangement. Please join on time and from a quiet place where you can talk freely.
Confidentiality
What you share in coaching stays private. We won't share it without your permission, except when the law requires it, including reporting suspected abuse or neglect of a child, or when someone's safety is at serious risk. In group programs, please keep what other participants share private as well.
Results
Coaching works through your effort and follow-through, so we can't promise any particular outcome. Testimonials on this site describe the experiences of individual families.
Website content
The writing, images, and materials on this site and in coaching are ours. You're welcome to use them for your own family. Please don't republish or sell them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to coaching or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the package or invoice involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Alachua County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. Changes don't affect packages already purchased.
